Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SunSt AI is operated by SunSt Real Estate LLC ("SunSt AI", "we", "us"). Contact: info@sunst.co. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have, with specific call-outs for California residents (CCPA/CPRA).

2. What we collect

• Account: name, email, brokerage, license details you provide.
• CRM data: leads, contracts, communications, documents you create or import.
• Communications: messages, call notes, voice transcriptions and attachments you log in the Service.
• Usage: pages visited, features used, device, IP and browser metadata for security and analytics.
• Cookies: essential session cookies plus optional analytics (you control via the cookie banner).

3. How we use it

To operate the Service, secure your account, provide AI features, send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails, and improve the product. We do not sell or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

4. AI processing

To power AI features (summaries, scripts, recommendations) we send relevant inputs to model providers under contractual confidentiality. Providers do not use your inputs to train their public models. AI output is a suggestion only — see the AI Disclaimer in our Terms.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, email, AI, analytics) bound by data protection agreements; (b) members of your team if you invite them or accept an invite; (c) law enforcement when legally required, or to protect the rights, safety and property of SunSt AI, our users, or the public.

6. Your rights (incl. California / CCPA)

You have the right to (a) know what personal information we have collected, (b) access a copy, (c) correct inaccuracies, (d) delete it, and (e) opt out of any sale or "sharing" (we do not sell or share — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information). We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, use Settings → Account (export / delete) or email info@sunst.co. We verify requests by matching your account email; an authorized agent must submit written proof of authority.

7. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After deletion we permanently remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. transaction records for tax / MLS / RESPA compliance), in which case we retain only the minimum required and isolate it from active use.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is scoped by row-level security so only you (and teammates you authorize) can read your records. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and notifying us at info@sunst.co of any suspected unauthorized access.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. U.S. only; data location

The Service is offered in the United States. Data is hosted in U.S. regions. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing of your information in the U.S.

11. Changes

Material changes will be announced in-product at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
