Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.
Our practice
SunSt AI does not sell your personal information and does not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We disclose information only to service providers (hosting, email, AI inference, analytics) under contracts that prohibit them from using it for their own purposes.
Submit a request
Even though no sale or sharing occurs, you can still confirm your preference or exercise your access, correction, deletion, or portability rights by:
- Emailing info@sunst.co with the subject "CCPA Request".
- Using Settings → Account → Export my data / Delete account inside the app.
We verify requests by matching the email on file. Authorized agents must provide written proof of authority. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
Global Privacy Control
We treat a browser-level "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of any future sale or sharing, should our practices ever change.
